Shortcodes

Use shortcodes to display the chat widget inline on specific pages, knowledge hubs, or inside page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, Gutenberg):

1. Inline Support Desk

Renders a full container chat widget inside your content area:

[personaliai_chat inline="true" height="650px" width="100%"]

2. Custom Bot on Specific Landing Pages

Override the global Bot ID for dedicated campaign pages:

[personaliai_chat bot_id="custom-sales-bot-uuid" position="bottom-left"]

WooCommerce Compatibility

The plugin automatically detects active WooCommerce installations. When a customer chats while viewing a product:

  1. Product Context Injection: The current product name, SKU, price, and stock status are supplied to the bot's temporary session context.
  2. Order Lookup Assistant: If the customer asks "Where is my order?", the bot can utilize the logged-in customer's session to check shipping tracking status.
  3. Cart Abandonment Prevention: Set proactive trigger messages when a shopper lingers on the checkout page for more than 45 seconds.

Remember to whitelist your WordPress domain in the Chatty dashboard under Bot Settings → Security → Allowed Domains (e.g. yourstore.com and www.yourstore.com).
